We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, connect your Stripe account, or use our services. This includes your email address, name, Stripe account information, and trial conversion data. We do not store payment card details—Stripe handles all payment processing.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our trial conversion services. This includes identifying stalled trials, sending automated nudges, tracking conversion metrics, and generating decision logs. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your data to third parties except as necessary to provide our services (e.g., Stripe for payment processing).

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures including encryption, secure API connections, and access controls to protect your information. All data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through your account settings. You may also request data export or account deletion by contacting us at admin@trialramp.com. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TrialRamp, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting.

Service Description

TrialRamp provides trial-to-paid conversion optimization services, including staller detection, automated email nudges, decision logging, and conversion analytics. Services are provided on a subscription basis with different tiers (Starter, Pro, Agency) as described in our pricing.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Starter plan is free. Pro plan is £29/month plus 2% of uplift (capped at £199/month). Agency pricing is custom. All prices are in GBP. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Stripe Integration

TrialRamp requires a Stripe account connection via OAuth. We read your trial subscription data and conversion events to provide our services. Stripe handles all payment processing and card storage. We are not responsible for Stripe's terms or payment processing.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your data and customer information. TrialRamp retains rights to our software, algorithms, and service methodology. You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide our services.

Limitation of Liability

TrialRamp is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific conversion lift percentages.

Termination

Either party may terminate service at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be deleted. You may export your data before termination through your account dashboard.

We process personal data based on: (1) Contractual necessity to provide our services, (2) Legitimate interests in improving our services and preventing fraud, (3) Consent where applicable for marketing communications. All processing complies with GDPR requirements.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide services or as required by law. Account data is retained while your account is active. After account deletion, data is removed within 30 days unless retention is required for legal compliance.

Data Subject Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccurate data, erase your data ('right to be forgotten'), restrict processing, data portability (export), object to processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact admin@trialramp.com.

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours and affected individuals without undue delay, as required by GDPR Article 33.

Data Transfers

Your data may be processed and stored outside the EEA (e.g., in the US via Vercel/Stripe). We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses and adequacy decisions, to protect your data in accordance with GDPR.
